CNG mobile pipeline process

CNG Connect uses the latest technology to offer CNG grid-independent and flexibly via the mobile pipeline. This innovation ensures that CNG is available where it was previously unthinkable because of none or limited gas grid.

Quality
With modern trailers with composite cylinders landed efficient CNG, where the user enjoys the best gas quality available. CNG is made from LNG, and therefore does not contain water, CO2, oil or other undesirable substances. In addition, the calorific value, so the energy per kg of CNG to the highest possible. This makes your car run better and more!

Capacity
By the technology of the 'Mobile Pipeline' there is hardly a limitation in the capacity of the daughter station. This creates no bottleneck when the growth in the number of CNG vehicles would increase the throughput of the station. Unlike conventional CNG technology the station can evolve with the growth of the market.

LNG ship arrives
in port

LNG is transported from various sources all over the world, to the Zeebrugge LNG Terminal

LNG is stored in the
terminal

Most of the stored LNG will be gasified to feed into the gas grid. But some quantity remains available for small scale LNG projects

Biogas is produced and
upgraded to Bio-LNG

Biogas is mainly methane, but it is renewable fuel. By using biogas, we can lower the carbon footprint with about 70% to 80%. Biogas can be liquified to Bio-LNG

super isolated’ tanks

About 22 tons of LNG can be stored at the mother station
